Full-time Sinai Builders is a custom home remodeling and addition company seeking a highly motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our team.

We perform interior/exterior remodels and additions. Our goal at Sinai Builders is to make our customers home a place they love to live. Candidate should have 1-2 years minimum prior experience in residential construction. Be able to adhere to directions and work in a team environment or independently at times. This is also a great opportunity to advance your skills of construction trades on the job. Skills for position: Highly Motivated Multitasking Knowledge of interior/exterior components of residential buildings Knowledge and use of various hand and power tools Ability to lift heavy items Precise attention to details Effective communication Willingness to learn. Responsibilities for

Skilled Laborer/Carpenter:

Clean up and set up of tools and equipment on construction sites, keeping a clean and safe job site. Loading and unloading materials. Digging trenches/footers, compacting, backfilling and mixing/pouring concrete. Adhering to instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans. Framing Walls and Roofs Installation of Roofing and Siding Drywall Installation/Finishing Application of Interior/Exterior Painting and Coatings Finish Carpentry Installation of Flooring Materials (wood, tile, lvp) Must be comfortable working on ladders and/or scaffolding
