They must have experience fabricating custom cabinetry, millwork, paneling, trim, and tops from shop drawings and cut lists, and take pride in producing high-quality work. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in cabinetry, millwork, or custom woodworking fabrication Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and blueprints Skilled experience operating shop machinery including table saws, panel saws, edge banders, CNC routers, wide-belt sanders, and hand tools Strong knowledge of joinery techniques (dovetail, mortise-and-tenon, dado, etc.) and material selection (hardwoods, veneers, laminates, sheet goods) Ability to lift and move at least 75lbs Ability to pass a drug test and security background screen Able to work overtime as needed Work Location Employees must be able to commute to the company building at 1654 Robin Circle Forest Hill, MD 21050 Job Type and Schedule Full Time, Hourly Monday-Friday 6am-2:30p Employees must be prepared to work earlier or later times as needed Occasional overtime as needed Benefits Life Insurance, Long Term & Short Term Disability (Company Paid) Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance Options 401K w/
