About O's Maine O's Maine is a growing remodeling company specializing in high-quality interior and exterior renovations, including decks, bathrooms, finished spaces, drywall, windows, doors, siding, and more. We're looking for an experienced Frame / Finish Carpenter who can lead projects, work hands-on, and take pride in quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Lead projects and coordinate with crew members and subcontractors Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general remodeling work Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members Order materials and maintain quality control Use Houzz for project management and documentation Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Follow building codes and safety standards Qualifications 5+ years of construction/remodeling experience Strong framing and finish carpentry skills Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 3 professional references required Compensation & Benefits $37-$40/hour , based on experience 2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months 5 PTO days after 6 months 5 paid holidays Flexible schedule Company vehicle for work-related tasks Opportunity to advance into a lead salaried position If you're a skilled carpenter looking for an opportunity to grow with a quality-focused remodeling company, we'd like to hear from you.
