• Assist with new builds, additions, and renovations, including framing, roofing, siding, painting, trim, and finish carpentry with a high level of detail
• Lay tile flooring, backsplashes, and showers with precision
• Install cabinetry, countertops, doors, and hardware
• Install exterior windows and doors
• Read blueprints and follow design plans accurately Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe What Success Looks Like Maintains high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail Communicates clearly with team members Protects company tools and equipment Addresses problems early and respectfully Takes pride in the finished product What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in the trade
