Job Responsibilities:

Perform framing and/or finish carpentry on high-end custom homes Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Read measurements and complete work accurately and precisely Maintain exceptional standards for quality and craftsmanship Assist with other construction activities and physical tasks as needed Work collaboratively with other Craftsmen and project team members Take pride in maintaining professional, organized jobsites Continue developing your skills through hands-on experience and mentorship

Qualifications:

Carpentry or residential construction experience preferred Experience with framing and/or finish carpentry Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential construction, including lifting Good communication and teamwork skills Most importantly, a desire to learn, improve, and master your craft Grow Your Craft.
