Compensation:

$23 - $32 hourly

Responsibilities:

Install interior trim, including baseboard, casing, crown molding, and wainscoting Hang and adjust interior doors, pocket doors, and bifolds, including hardware Install stair parts, railings, and balusters Build and install built-ins, shelving, mantels, and closet systems Set cabinets and install cabinet trim, panels, and fillers Read construction drawings and finish schedules to plan each install Identify and offer solutions to problems or opportunities to improve Work safely with hand tools and power equipment Track time and material for jobs Protect finished surfaces and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Treat clients' homes with care and always put clients first

Qualifications:

3+ years of trim or finish carpentry experience preferred Demonstrated ability to understand construction drawings, dimensions, and required materials Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic Exceptional attention to detail and an appreciation for great craftsmanship Safe working habits Ability to follow directions and work both independently and with a team Brings experience yet eager to grow and learn A high school diploma or GED is preferred Able to work on job sites throughout the year, in various weather conditions Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen We are actively looking for future crew leaders and project leaders.
