We own, manage, and maintain over 400 rental units (homes, apartments, commercial) within the Marquette area. We own, manage, and run the and Rippling River and Raging River Resorts in Marquette. We also own a construction company. Some times of the year are very busy; other times are a bit slower. The perfect applicant for this job will be able to communicate clearly, be able to work confidently and independently, and be willing to do anything the job entails. We are looking for a full-time experienced carpenter. Full-time, 35-45 hours, Monday - Friday.

Must have the following abilities:

Upbeat Cheery Outgoing Willingness to work outdoors - even in the winter months This job entails: Siding, framing, trim, painting, hanging doors, installing windows, kitchen installs, plumbing, general maintenance. We are willing to teach! Some good knowledge is always helpful! Speaking with current and prospective tenants & management

Additional Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills Good verbal skills Accuracy and thoroughness Valid driver's license required Clean criminal background
