We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Carpenter to join our team. This hands-on role involves leading and executing high-quality work in kitchens, bathrooms, framing, drywall, etc. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of residential construction, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish. Pay will go up based on performance after first month.

Responsibilities:

Execute High-End Carpentry:

Perform expert-level rough and finish carpentry, including custom built-ins, complex framing, intricate trim work, staircases, and cabinetry.

Interpret Blueprints:

Read and accurately execute complex architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Lead and Mentor:

Direct on-site teams, manage workflows, and teach advanced techniques to junior carpenters and apprentices.

Ensure Quality Control:

Maintain an uncompromising standard of craftsmanship, ensuring all work meets building codes and company standards.

Problem Solve:

Identify structural or design issues early and develop efficient, structurally sound solutions.

Maintain Safety:

Enforce a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter in residential construction Proficiency with tools and materials related to carpentry, drywall, and finishing Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
