Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and metal components with precision using hand tools and power tools. Erect metal buildings and framing structures, including metal stud framing and dimensional measurements. Install siding, drywall, stucco, trim carpentry elements, and perform restoration or remodeling tasks as needed. Conduct heavy lifting safely while managing construction site activities such as scaffolding setup and material handling. Skills Extensive experience in construction site activities with a strong background in carpentry and related trades. Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and interpreting technical drawings accurately. Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., tape measures) and power tools for precise cuts and assembly. Knowledgeable in metal building erection, steel framing, rebar installation, and metal stud framing techniques. Capable of performing finishing, drywall installation, siding application,etc Strong understanding of basic math principles for dimensional measurements; experienced in using tape measures effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of safety protocols on-site. Experience with construction management tasks such as coordinating materials or assisting with project timelines is a plus. Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
