We specialize in building quality custom homes and commercial buildings, with a primary focus on new construction framing. What You'll Do Perform framing and general carpentry on residential and commercial construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and construction drawings. Accurately measure, cut, and install building materials. Safely and efficiently operate hand tools and power tools. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects on schedule. Travel to job sites as needed, with most projects located locally. What We're Looking For Previous framing or carpentry experience is required. At least one year of frame carpentry experience is required. Experience with new construction is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including regularly lifting and carrying approximately 50 pounds independently and occasionally lifting or moving up to approximately 100 pounds with assistance or mechanical equipment. Work Environment & Job Site Expectations Construction work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions. Employees must be prepared to work safely and dress appropriately for the job site.
