What We Do:
Residential & commercial construction Remodels & restorations Framing & structural work Drywall, tape/mud, texture & paint Trim & finish carpentry Tile, flooring & custom work Multi-phase construction projects Coordination with electrical, concrete & subcontractor trades
Who We're Looking For:
8-10+ years hands-on construction experience Strong carpentry and multi-trade knowledge Experience leading jobsites and directing other crew members Able to confidently assign tasks, provide clear direction and keep the crew productive Able to anticipate project needs and plan ahead Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing job-site conditions Self-motivated, dependable and capable of working with minimal supervision Detail-oriented with pride in workmanship Professional communication and respectful attitude with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and coworkers Valid driver's license and reliable transportation No smoking or tobacco use on jobsites or work vehicles-NO exceptions
Expectations:
Show up ready to work every day Take lead on assigned construction projects and oversee day to day jobsite operations. Direct and work alongside other crew members. Review project plans, scopes of work, and specifications before and throughout each project. Create accurate material lists and determine the tools, equipment and supplies needed for each phase of work. Coordinate, order, pick-up and organize jobsite materials. Plan daily work, delegate responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed correctly and efficiently Monitor workmanship and correct issues Communicate project progress, material needs, scheduling concerns, and unexpected issues to management. Maintain professional communication with homeowners, clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers Maintain a clean, organized, professional and safe jobsite Respect clients, coworkers, and company standards Properly care for company tools, equipment, vehicles and materials Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within the assigned scope Perform hands-on construction work while also providing jobsite leadership Basic hand tools required (major equipment supplied) Able to perform physical labor 8+ hours/day Lift up to 100lbs Ability to work in varying weather conditions
