We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Construction & Renovation Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is eager to learn, and wants to develop their skills in construction, remodeling, renovation, and general property maintenance. Our Construction & Renovation Assistant will work alongside our Project Lead to help complete a variety of projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes direction well, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping projects moving and job site clean and organized. Responsibilities Assist with construction, remodeling, renovation, and repair projects Assist with demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, trim, and finish work Help load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and materials Assist with installation, repairs, and general maintenance Prepare work areas and keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Safely use basic hand and power tools under direction Follow instructions from project manager Help measure, prepare, and stage materials for projects Assist with maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles Help identify and communicate issues or additional work that may be needed Complete tasks efficiently and maintain a clean, professional work environment Perform other general construction and renovation duties as needed Qualifications Previous construction, remodeling, maintenance, landscaping, or handyman experience required Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Basic understanding of construction tools and materials preferred Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license preferred and reliable transportation Positive attitude and professional demeanor What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, is willing to learn, and takes pride in doing things the right way .
