- Build and install complex wooden and metal forms for concrete pours, ensuring structural integrity and precise alignment.
- Perform professional finishing tasks on concrete surfaces, including expert smoothing, leveling, and sealant applications.
- Collaborate seamlessly with project managers and site tradespeople to coordinate daily field activities and timelines.
- Handle and transport heavy structural materials, carpentry tools, and specialized concrete equipment safely.
- Enforce strict compliance with OSHA regulations and on-site safety practices, actively promoting a culture of zero harm.
- Inspect completed structural formwork rigorously to ensure all dimensions meet exact blueprints and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time technical construction challenges to maintain uninterrupted project workflows.
- Maintain all company-issued hand tools, power equipment, and machinery in optimal, safe working condition. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in concrete carpentry or specialized commercial construction fields.
- Strong working knowledge of concrete construction methods, formwork engineering, materials, and industry standards.
- Proven proficiency in utilizing advanced carpentry tools, including framing hammers, industrial saws, and power tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of working hours to various regional project assignments. Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and translate complex blueprints and detailed technical drawings in the field.
