Premier Handyman Services is growing, and we're looking for a skilled, dependable Home Improvement Technician to join our team full time! Work is primarily located in Brunswick County, NC $25-35 per hour, based on experience and skill 35-40 hours per week What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced multi-skilled handyman , not someone who only specializes in one trade. You should be comfortable handling a variety of residential repairs and knowing when a job is within your skill level—and when it isn't. Requirements 3+ years of relevant handyman, remodeling, maintenance, or construction experience Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Can pass drug and background tests Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to safely work from ladders Own basic power tools Ability to work independently Professional communication skills Comfortable working inside customers' homes Our Service Area Projects are located throughout Brunswick County and surrounding communities , including areas such as Ocean Isle Beach, Southport, Bolivia, Leland, and nearby communities. What You'll Be Doing No two days are exactly alike. You'll work on residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects throughout Brunswick County.

Projects may include:

Drywall repair and finishing Interior and exterior painting Trim and finish carpentry Door installation, repair, and adjustments Hardware and fixture installation Deck and exterior repairs Punch-list completion General home maintenance Basic plumbing repairs Basic electrical fixture installation Other residential repair and improvement projects You'll also be responsible for: Communicating professionally with homeowners Protecting customers' homes and belongings Keeping work areas clean and organized Completing projects to Premier's quality standards Identifying problems and finding practical solutions Communicating job progress and issues with the team Representing Premier Handyman Services professionally at every customer interaction This Probably Isn't the Right Job If...
