Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Poured Wall Tech/Builder to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing durable and precise precast concrete walls inside of a controlled environment, ensuring they meet all safety and quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of mainly residential & commercial projects, helping to bring architectural visions to life with efficiency and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and set up casting beds for pouring precast concrete walls according to construction plans and specifications Operate hand tools and power tools safely to assemble precast concrete walls, reinforce structures, and handle materials Read and interpret shop drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate wall placement and dimensions Mix, pour, and finish concrete to create strong, smooth wall surfaces while adhering to quality control standards Install window frames, fixtures, trim carpentry elements, as part of wall finishing projects Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while managing materials like metal studs, steel bracing, or framing components Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on wall building or related carpentry work Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, measurement devices, and fabrication equipment Experience with metal stud framing, door hanging, trim carpentry, caulking, and remodeling projects a huge plus! Strong understanding of dimensional measurements and quality control standards in construction Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed Valid experience in construction site safety protocols and adherence to OSHA standards Join our team if you're ready to build with precision and passion!
