In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction, renovation, and installation projects with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in hands-on environments and are eager to contribute their craftsmanship to diverse building initiatives. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively for tasks such as framing, light plumbing and electrical work, flooring installation, tile laying, drywall repair and painting. Perform building material installation including doors, windows, cabinets, drywall (including plastering and stucco) and trim carpentry. Maintain a clean and organized work site; ensure all safety procedures are followed throughout each phase of the project. Assist in remodeling projects by coordinating various trades including carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and painting to deliver comprehensive solutions. Experience Proven construction experience with a strong background in multiple trades such as carpentry (including frame carpentry), flooring installation (including tile laying), drywall finishing (plastering/stucco), and cabinet installation. Familiarity with interpreting blueprints, schematics (including electrical), technical drawings, and construction plans is essential. Hands-on experience operating power tools and heavy equipment safely on construction sites. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and inspection procedures to ensure compliance at all times. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed craftsmanship tasks such as concrete forming, caulking, restoration work, repair. Experience in construction estimating and managing multiple projects from start to finish is preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs while maintaining high-quality standards.
