Job Description

Job Title:
Carpenter/Remodeler Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Carpenter/Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. The primary focus of this role is on kitchen and bathroom remodeling, as well as whole house renovations. You will be responsible for transforming spaces through precise installation, fabrication, and restoration work, creating functional and beautiful environments for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects, showcase your craftsmanship, and mentor junior team members while ensuring high-quality standards throughout every phase of remodeling.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Perform kitchen and bathroom remodeling tasks including cabinet installation, fixture setup, tile work, drywall finishing, and plumbing adjustments. Handle framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, siding, and other duties required in residential remodeling. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, moldings, drywall, and water damage restoration components. Handle heavy lifting and perform demolition or restoration work on damaged structures or surfaces. Lead project tasks by coordinating team members to ensure timely completion while maintaining safety standards. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards while maintaining a clean work environment. Contribute to whole house remodels by managing multiple aspects of the project from start to finish.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in framing carpentry, trim carpentry, kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, drywall finishing, fixture installation, and water damage restoration. Skills in working with various materials such as wood, siding materials, tiles, and plumbing fixtures. Previous roles involving roofing installation or repair; experience in lite electrical work is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely while demonstrating strong craftsmanship in woodworking and finishes. Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to guide teams effectively. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
