Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components using hand tools and power tools Perform framing work including metal stud framing and dimensional measurements for precise construction Install drywall, plastering, stucco, siding, trim carpentry, roofing, and other finishing elements with attention to detail Erect metal buildings and install rebar for concrete reinforcement in foundation work Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation and material handling Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and masonry tasks as required for project completion Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing existing structures while maintaining safety protocols Follow all safety guidelines, including heavy lifting techniques and proper use of personal protective equipment Skills Proven experience in construction site environments with a strong understanding of carpentry techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels, tape measures, and levels; familiarity with power tools is essential Skilled in metal building erection, rebar installation, drywall installation & finishing, roofing, siding, and masonry work Knowledge of construction plans and schematics related to framing, remodeling, and restoration projects Experience operating heavy equipment safely on construction sites Strong math skills for dimensional measurements and calculations required during construction tasks Ability to interpret technical drawings related to metal stud framing and other specialized systems Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different trades Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights Join our team if you're passionate about building quality structures with precision!
