Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to residential and commercial projects, including interior trim work, cabinet instalation, and remodel projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with diverse construction materials and techniques while collaborating with project managers and other tradespeople to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other building materials using hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Perform minor framing work for walls, LVP flooring, drop ceiling, Moldings , trim instalation as well as follow safety protocols and project specifications. Install doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, siding, drywall, stucco, trim, molding, and flooring with precision. Conduct moderate lifting such as cabinets and lumber. Ensure power tool safety by following proper procedures during operation of woodworking machines and power tools. Assist in renovation projects and new cabinet installs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety standards related to construction site experience and power tool usage. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in construction, framing , carpentry, or related fields within the construction or renovation industry. Demonstrated proficiency with hand tools and power tools for woodworking as well as woodworking machines. Strong knowledge of residential carpentry techniques including drywall installation, caulking, siding application, cabinet installation, door hanging, and flooring installation. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings such as schematics or construction plans; ability to read construction plans accurately. Experience with heavy lifting tasks and working on various construction sites; ability to perform physically demanding duties safely. Knowledge of metal stud framing, CNC fabrication processes (if applicable), plumbing basics, masonry techniques or tile laying is a plus. Commitment to safety practices including power tool safety protocols; ability to follow detailed instructions precisely. Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail; ability to adapt quickly on-site while maintaining quality standards. Pay:

$23.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
