We are seeking a talented, detail oriented, motivated employee or subcontractor to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have a background in various carpentry techniques and practices with a blend of technical skills and hands-on experience and a keen eye for detail. This role involves working on high end residential projects where you will be responsible for precisely carrying out frame to finish work.

Responsibilities:

• Preforms and completes a variety of carpentry tasks with the utmost quality and efficiency. Tasks may include but are not limited to framing, interior/exterior trim work, decking, siding, and flooring.
• Safely operates a variety of power and hand tools to accurately complete jobs.
• Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials on the job site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid driver's license along with a vehicle
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Ability to move and perform heavy lifting throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team along with being able to work individually.
• At least 3 years of experience in carpentry or as a laborer.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
