Reliable transportation and your own tools are essential for this position. Responsibilities Read and interpret plans to ensure accurate project execution Measure spaces and materials precisely using tape measures and basic math skills Perform trim carpentry tasks, including installing moldings, baseboards, cabinetry and other finish work Work effectively on construction sites, adhering to safety protocols and project timelines Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to ensure smooth workflow Problem-solve on-site challenges as they arise to maintain project quality and efficiency Keep jobsite organized for safety and productivity Be open to learning new techniques and expanding your carpentry skill set Ability to work in a fast paced environment Experience Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on construction or carpentry experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on trim carpentry preferred Ability to read plans accurately Demonstrated proficiency with tape measures and basic math calculations relevant to carpentry tasks Reliable transportation to various job sites required Own tools necessary for carpentry work preferred Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to problem-solve independently or within a team

Pay:

$22.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
