Perform all aspects of finish carpentry for interior and exterior projects Read and interpret blue prints and plans accurately Identify and correct design or structural issues on-site. Work efficiently with minimal waste of time or materials Complete trim, cabinetry, tile and decking installations Handle inspections and ensure compliance with building codes Cabinet Installation We Do require a clean drug test and a NJ drivers license We want someone who: Takes ownership of their craft Works independently without hand holding Is RELIABLE and communicates openly, values teamwork and mutual respect. Wants long term, steady work, no short term gigs. •We do conduct background checks and there will be drug testing before you are hired.

Salary :

$26.00 per hour •negotiable depending on your first 2 weeks of working and watching you work with "me" as your helper. Work Vehicle (Business Van) •w/ Gas Card (For business use only)
