Coast Carpentry LLC Coast Carpentry is a framing-focused carpentry company building custom homes, additions, and high-end deck projects along the Jersey Shore in Ocean and Atlantic Counties Our focus over the next several years is framing custom homes and additions, with the long-term goal of transitioning into full custom home builder tackling every part of the project from frame to finish. We are currently in the process of building a highly elite crew of carpenters that can tackle complex projects that leaves most other carpenters scratching their heads. Cut-up floor plans, detailed layouts, complex roof lines, radius's, barrels and arches, and structural challenges are the kind of work we enjoy. If this kind of stuff gets you excited, then we want you on our team!! ⸻ The Ideal Candidate We are seeking an experienced carpenter who wants steady work, high standards, and the opportunity to grow with a company that values professionalism and quality. 2-3+ years of residential framing experience Comfortable reading blueprints and executing layout Able to frame floors, walls, and roofs with confidence Takes pride in clean, accurate work Maintains an organized and efficient jobsite Reliable vehicle required (projects span multiple counties) Leadership experience is a plus, but not required. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a lead carpenter position as the company expands. This position is ideal for a skilled carpenter who enjoys challenging builds and is looking for long-term stability with room to grow. ⸻ What We Build Custom homes Additions Decks & outdoor living structures Select high-end exterior and specialty carpentry projects Our work is predominantly located in Atlantic and Ocean Counties. We will take on projects in Monmouth and Cape May County when they are the right fit and aligned with our standards. We focus on quality over volume. ⸻ Compensation & Benefits $25-30 per hour, based on experience Steady, year-round work One week paid time off after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period 401(k) plan in development, with eligibility after one year of employment Opportunity for performance-based bonuses Clear path toward leadership as the company grows ⸻ Closing We have the vision, we have the connections, and we have the ability to get awesome projects....now we just need a couple of men who want to be a part of it.
