Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in wood frame construction, piling foundations and various carpentry disciplines will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results on custom homes on LBI. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require precision, teamwork, and a proactive approach. Duties Framing of platforms, decks and soffits. Ability to lay out exterior stairs. Outdoor shower construction. Skirt walls and working with cellular PVC details. Trim carpentry skills a plus.
