Responsibilities Lead a small crew on commercial construction projects. Read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications. Coordinate daily tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule. Perform quality commercial carpentry work while maintaining high safety standards. Communicate with project managers regarding job progress and material needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site. Ensure work is completed accurately and meets company quality standards. Commercial Carpentry Experience Preferred Experience with some or all of the following is preferred: Metal stud framing Drywall installation and finishing Acoustical/drop ceilings Door, frame, and hardware installation Finish carpentry Millwork and trim installation Bathroom partitions and accessories Demolition Commercial renovations and tenant fit-outs Qualifications 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience. Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices. Ability to read blueprints and layout work. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders and lifts. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). Dependable, organized, and committed to producing quality work.
