Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and a keen eye for detail. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and craftsmanship. The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for executing tasks related to trim, framing,cabinetry, and other finish work, while collaborating with other tradespeople on the job site. Responsibilities Execute trim carpentry tasks including baseboards, crown molding, and window casings. Install cabinets, doors, and fixtures with precision and attention to detail. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks. Conduct heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment during installation processes. Collaborate with team members on construction site to ensure project timelines are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Qualifications Minimum 2 years proven experience in finish carpentry or related construction fields. . Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and practices. A focus on quality workmanship.
