Job Overview Firomar Inc. is looking for an experienced, dependable Carpenter / General Construction Worker with hands-on skills in roofing, siding, demolition, rigging, and carpentry. We need someone comfortable handling a variety of construction tasks who takes pride in their work and can work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Complete general carpentry work, including framing, repairs, and installation. Install and repair roofing and siding. Perform demolition, remove debris, and prepare work areas. Perform rigging tasks to safely lift, move, and position materials and equipment. Measure, cut, and install materials accurately. Safely operate hand and power tools. Follow instructions, maintain a clean work area, and follow site safety requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in carpentry and general construction. Practical experience with roofing, siding, demolition, and rigging. Experience using rigging equipment and following safe lifting procedures. Comfortable using saws, drills, nail guns, and other construction tools. Ability to take measurements accurately and follow project instructions. Comfortable performing physical work, working outdoors, and using ladders. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
