The ideal candidate can independently read plans, frame and trim spaces, handle minor plumbing/electrical fixes, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship on schedule. Key Responsibilities Carpentry & Woodworking Measure, cut, shape, and install wood, drywall, laminates, and composite materials. Build and repair rough frameworks, partitions, stairways, doors, windows, and subfloors. Install finish trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinets, shelves, and built-ins. Handyman & General Repairs Perform minor electrical repairs (e.g., swapping light fixtures, switches, or outlets) and minor plumbing fixes (e.g., patching leaks, clearing drains). Patch, sand, and paint drywall and interior/exterior surfaces. Troubleshoot general wear and tear issues across residential or commercial properties. Project & Site Management Interpret blueprints, sketches, or verbal specifications accurately. Estimate material quantities and coordinate hardware/lumber needs. Maintain a clean, organized job site and strictly adhere to OSHA and local safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Combined experience in carpentry, general construction, or multi-trade maintenance.

Education:

High School Diploma, GED, or completion of a trade/apprenticeship program preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring/leveling equipment. Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and drywall applications. Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints. Physical & Logistics Requirements Ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied weather or physical positions. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Reliable truck or van with your own standard hand and power tools ( adjust based on whether you supply tools )

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
