Job Description
, Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remodeling Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality remodeling projects that transform spaces and enhance functionality. You need to be well-versed in a wide range of skilled finish carpentry, including but not limited to carpentry, framing, finishing, electrical and plumbing. We do a wide range of exterior work like roofing, siding and deck replacments. This job will be well rounded in all areas of interior and exterior remodeling. This will be essential in delivering exceptional results on time, within scope and on budget. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial restorations, utilizing your craftsmanship and attention to detail to make a lasting impact. Duties Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and fixture mounting with precision Utilize hand tools, power tools, safely and effectively Install siding, roofing components, flooring, tile, and masonry elements as required for each project Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation, mold remediation, plastering, and water damage restoration techniques Measure spaces accurately for custom fabrication or installation of cabinets, fixtures, or metal studs Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, plumbing rough-ins, electrical wiring, and masonry tasks when necessary Requirements Proven experience in construction framing carpentry, trim carpentry, and general remodeling projects Proficiency with hand tools, power tools,and metal stud framing Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with flooring installation, tile laying, siding application, roofing work, and drywall finishing preferred Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Familiarity with restoration industry practices including mold remediation and water damage restoration techniques Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and collaborate effectively with team members Minimum of 5 years experiance Work well with others and be able to take direction, we do not cut corners Join us in creating beautiful spaces through expert craftsmanship!
