We are looking to hire a full time experienced craftsmen for a Punchlist Tech, opportunity to perform commercial punchlist and maintenance tasks both large and small. Candidate must have their own tools and transportation and the skills to work on typical commercial contractor repairs, including: Exterior and Interior repairs i.e. carpentry, painting, caulking, drywall patching, minor plumbing and electrical, site and project clean up. Punchout technicians are responsible for repairs to newly constructed commercial spaces as part of final quality control activities. After the punch list is created with the Project Coordinator / Client Relations specialist, the Punchout Technician reviews it to determine what materials and repairs that are needed to closeout the Punchlist quickly and accurately. You must have your own tools for the job.

Must have:

A minimum of 10 years experience, Valid Drivers license with a good driving record. Reliable work truck transportation. Smart Phone. We are a drug free workplace. Excellent Communication and customer service skills are a must! You will need to have at least 10 + years exp., with carpentry, electrical and plumbing as well as painting.
