TILE SETTER / CARPENTER / JACK-OF-ALL-TRADES
to join our dynamic construction team. This energetic role involves executing a wide range of building, flooring, and finishing projects with precision and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in tile installation, carpentry, flooring, restoration, and general handyman tasks. Your hands-on approach and proactive attitude will contribute to delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Install various types of flooring including tile, hardwood, vinyl, epoxy, and carpet with attention to detail and craftsmanship Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of projects Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for building material installation, drywall work, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and finishing touches Perform floor refinishing, buffing, water damage restoration, and floor care to restore surfaces to pristine condition Assist with remodeling projects by handling demolition, drywall installation, painting, caulking, and general carpentry tasks Ensure all work complies with building installation safety standards and industry regulations Qualifications Proven experience in , flooring installation (tile laying, hardwood, vinyl), drywall work, and general carpentry Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for building material installation and finishing work Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety compliance and quality standards Familiarity with the restoration industry or handyman services is a plus Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy materials safely Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges Join us if you're ready to bring your diverse skills to a vibrant team committed to excellence! Pay:
