Duties Erect metal buildings and frameworks with precision, following detailed construction plans and technical drawings Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and finishing to ensure durable and high-quality structures Read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately to guide construction activities Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently across various tasks Execute masonry work, including stucco, siding, plastering, and trim carpentry for aesthetic and structural purposes Manage framing using metal stud framing and wood framing techniques while ensuring dimensional accuracy Assist with remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills such as woodworking, drywall installation, and finishing touches Conduct heavy lifting safely during material handling and construction site setup Use tape measures and other measuring tools proficiently for precise measurements and cuts Collaborate with team members to interpret construction plans, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, or remodeling projects Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, welding, and trim carpentry Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and dimensional measurements Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics Experience working with metal stud framing, siding, stucco, plastering, or woodworking preferred Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations on-site Excellent understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction environments Valid construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with technical plans and site management Join us as a where your craftsmanship will directly impact the success of our projects.
