CONSTRUCTION LABORER / CARPENTRY / SKID STEER

$22-$24/HR |

FULL-TIME

TULSA, OK

Driver Source Staffing Professionals is hiring a dependable, hard-working Construction Laborer with experience in general construction, carpentry, AND skid steer operation. This is a hands-on position for someone who can do more than general labor. We need someone comfortable working with wood, measuring and cutting materials, using hand and power tools, AND safely operating a skid steer. ️

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Perform general construction and jobsite labor Measure, mark, cut, and assemble lumber and materials Perform basic framing and carpentry work Accurately read a tape measure Operate saws, drills, nail guns, and other power tools Safely operate a skid steer Move dirt, gravel, debris, and construction materials Assist with grading, site cleanup, and material movement Load, unload, lift, and position construction materials Maintain a clean and safe work area Work efficiently as part of a construction crew

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

✅ $22-$24/HR Based on Experience ✅ Weekly Pay ✅ Monday-Friday ✅ 6:00 AM-4:00 PM ✅ Full-Time Hours ✅ No Weekends

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

✅ General construction/labor experience ✅ Carpentry experience ✅ Skid steer operating experience ✅ Able to accurately read a tape measure ✅ Experience with saws, hand tools & power tools ✅ Basic framing, cutting & assembly skills ✅ Able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs. ✅ Comfortable working outdoors in Oklahoma weather ✅ Steel-toed boots required ✅ Reliable transportation & dependable attendance ✅ Must complete the company-sponsored OSHA 10 Safety Course
