Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Custom Carpenter / Project Assistant to join Structure Vision's team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing residential and commercial carpentry projects, from light framing to finish carpentry trim outs. Your experience will help transform blueprints and technical drawings from the lead design/build architect into into beautiful, functional spaces. Responsibilities Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings into finished carpentry Perform light framing, trim carpentry, appliance installation, caulking and finish touch up work on residential and commercial projects Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other building materials using hand tools and power tools for woodworking Assist with construction estimating by providing material takeoffs and supporting project planning efforts Support remodeling projects Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings and construction plans for seamless project completion Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, or remodeling projects Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately Proficient with hand tools, power tools for woodworking Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material fabrication techniques Experience in residential carpentry including trim work, framing, drywall installation, caulking, and fixture installation Familiarity with construction site safety standards including power tool safety practices Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Join us in delivering top-tier craftsmanship on exciting projects that transform spaces! Pay:
