Responsibilities Perform carpentry installation, remodeling, and restoration work in residential and commercial properties. Hang and install doors accurately, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and operation. Perform frame carpentry while maintaining structural integrity and following project specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to determine material and installation requirements. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and other contractors, to coordinate work and complete projects efficiently. Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building materials with precision. Identify and resolve carpentry-related issues on the job site. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow all company and job-site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients. Take pride in delivering quality workmanship and meeting project deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry, including installation, remodeling, door hanging, and frame carpentry. Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, plans, and detailed instructions. Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and installation techniques. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple projects.
