Duties Read and interpret construction plans, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately. Measure, cut, assemble, and install various wood and paver materials components using hand tools and power tools. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including framing of decks. Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools for woodworking and paver installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Knowledge of construction materials like wood construction materials, composite decking and paver materials Excellent understanding of construction site safety practices including power tool safety protocols. Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting complex construction plans.
