Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Carpentry and Construction Specialist, where your skills will bring innovative building projects to life! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on residential and commercial sites, utilizing your expertise in framing, finishing, and Patio constuction. You'll be instrumental in transforming spaces with precision craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. Embrace a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and continuous learning—your craftsmanship will make a lasting impact! Duties Read and interpret construction plans, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately. Measure, cut, assemble, and install various wood and paver materials components using hand tools and power tools. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including framing of decks. Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools for woodworking and paver installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. Knowledge of construction materials like wood construction materials, composite decking and paver materials Excellent understanding of construction site safety practices including power tool safety protocols. Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting complex construction plans.
