About the Role We are seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join our production team and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on high-end residential remodeling projects. This is ideal for carpenters who take pride in detail, enjoy complex and challenging work, and want a clear path for growth including advancement into a Lead Carpenter role. What You'll Do Perform framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry installation, drywall, trim, tile, and custom woodworking Execute work on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home remodels Read and follow blueprints, plans, and scopes of work Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Lead Carpenters, and subcontractors Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites; communicate progress and material needs daily Support and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience Strong skills across framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and custom woodworking High standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and efficiency Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Lead Carpenter or crew leadership experience preferred Why You'll Love Working Here High-quality, high-end residential projects — no production-line work Clear path to Lead Carpenter, Senior Carpenter, or Project Management roles Performance bonuses, consistent year-round work, and full benefits Mission-driven company with core values that are lived daily, not posted on a wall

Compensation Pay:

$25-$30 per hour based on experience.
