Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a multi-skilled Craftsman to join our team. In this role, you will focus entirely on what you do best: solving home repair problems and delivering high-quality craftsmanship. We handle the scheduling, customer service, billing, and marketing, providing you with a stable, supportive environment and a consistent flow of W-2 work. What Success Looks Like On a day-to-day basis, you will work independently on a variety of small-to-medium home repair and improvement projects. A typical week might include patching drywall, repairing a deck, installing trim, hanging a door, or replacing a light fixture. You will represent our brand in customers' homes, meaning your day is as much about clear communication and polite service as it is about excellent carpentry or repair work. Over time, success in this role means building a reputation for reliability and quality. You will work efficiently, manage your time well across different jobs, and ensure that every customer feels respected and satisfied with the work left behind. What You Will Do Complete residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. Evaluate customer requests, confirm the scope of work, and discuss options clearly with the homeowner before starting. Manage your time and material resources effectively to complete jobs within the estimated timeframe. Use our mobile app to document job progress, track time, and log completed tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work area, respecting the customer's property at all times. Must-Have Requirements At least 3 years of experience in home maintenance, remodeling, or general carpentry. Your own set of standard hand and power tools required to complete general home repairs. A valid driver's license The ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Specialized experience in finish carpentry, drywall texturing, or tile installation. Experience using mobile applications for scheduling or job tracking. Prior experience working in a customer-facing service role. What We Offer Steady, year-round W-2 employment with bi-weekly pay. Independence in the field without the stress of managing a business. A supportive office team that handles all scheduling, dispatching, and billing. Material draw accounts and local hardware store partnerships Consistent work-life balance with standard daytime hours and no mandatory on-call shifts. Join Our Team If you take pride in your trade, value your independence, and want a supportive team backing you up, we would love to talk to you. Please submit your application and a brief summary of your trade experience, and a member of our team will reach out to you soon.
