Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry and construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your craftsmanship and technical skills in a fast-paced environment while working on diverse projects that make a real impact. Responsibilities Read and interpret layouts, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction and renovation work. Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing work with precision and attention to detail. Operate hand tools, power tools safely and effectively. Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, moldings, and hardware with accuracy. Support remodeling projects by installing flooring, drywall finishing, fixture mounting, painting preparation, and other related tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Strong knowledge of various carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, cabinetry installation, door hanging, and roofing. Skilled in the use of hand tools (saws, hammers), power tools (drills, saws) Ability to read blueprints, schematics (including electrical plans), and technical drawings accurately. Experience with siding; flooring installation; tile laying; plumbing; electrical work; drywall finishing; caulking; fixture installation; remodeling projects; metal stud framing; woodworking. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces when required. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
