Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, skilled carpenter/handyman to help renovate houses for resale and rental. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with residential repairs, remodeling, and general construction and can work independently to complete projects efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities Perform general carpentry, framing, and finish work. Install doors, trim, baseboards, cabinets, and flooring. Repair and replace drywall; patch, sand, and prepare walls for painting. Paint interior walls, ceilings, and trim. Assist with kitchen and bathroom renovations. Complete demolition, repairs, and property cleanouts as needed. Install fixtures, hardware, and other household components. Identify repair needs and help keep renovation projects on schedule. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Qualifications Experience in carpentry, handyman services, or residential remodeling. Ability to use common power tools and hand tools safely. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently and solve problems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Must provide quality workmanship and meet project deadlines.
