There is a lot of opportunity for the Experienced Carpenter to develop new skills and potentially develop their career into a role of leadership and training if that is desired. • 1-3 years of steady carpentry/construction experience Readiness to learn Able to read tape measure, use power tools, and follow directions OSHA certifications are a plus
