              • Install insulation in residential and commercial projects according to specifications and safety standards.
              • Install gypsum wallboard systems and complete the finishes in residential and commercial projects according to specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
              • Prepare and apply paint, coatings, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces in residential and commercial projects according to specifications and safety standards.
              • Install siding and exterior cladding systems in residential and commercial projects according to specifications, manufacturer requirements, and safety standards.
              • Perform rough exterior framing, including walls, floors, roofs, and structural components, in residential and commercial projects according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
              • Execute trim and finish carpentry work including doors, windows, baseboards, and crown molding.
              • Collaborate effectively with crew leads, project managers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
              • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times in compliance with safety protocols.
              • Follow project timelines, communicate progress proactively, and flag any issues before they become problems.
              • Assist in training and mentoring newer team members as your experience and tenure grow within the company. What We're Looking For
              Experience:
              2+ years of hands-on experience in carpentry, construction, or a related skilled trade.
                Trade Proficiency:
                Demonstrated skill in one or more of the following — framing, siding, roofing, installing doors & windows, trim & finish carpentry, insulation, drywall, and paint.
                  Work Ethic & Reliability:
                  You show up, you do the job right, and you take pride in your work — every time, without exception.
                    Team Player & Self-Starter:
                    Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative crew depending on the project.
                      Valid Driver's License:
                      Required — ability to travel to and between job sites as needed.
                        Physical Capability:
                        Able to perform labor-intensive tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in varied environments.
                          Positive Attitude:
                          A genuine willingness to learn, improve, and bring good energy to the job site every day.
                            Leadership Experience:
                            Prior experience in a supervisory or crew lead role is a definite plus and will be recognized. What We Offer
