Job Description

Carpenter / Construction Laborer - $20-$25 per Hour DW Construction is looking for a dependable, hardworking carpenter/laborer to join our team. We specialize in building decks, porches, pergolas, and other outdoor-living projects.

Pay:

$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Assist with deck, porch, and pergola construction
Perform basic carpentry, framing, demolition, and installation work
Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
Follow instructions and work well with the crew

Qualifications:

Carpentry or construction experience is preferred
Dependable and able to arrive at work on time
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
Able to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work
Reliable transportation to and from work
Willingness to learn and take pride in quality workmanship We are looking for someone with a good attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
