Full-Time (Mon-Fri) Overview Titan Property Professionals is East Tennessee's premier construction company, delivering top-tier craftsmanship on decks, concrete pads, modular home installations, and full residential renovation work. We're seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our professional crew. The right candidate is reliable, takes pride in clean, code-compliant builds, and can contribute to high-demand projects across residential job sites. This role includes framing, finish carpentry, concrete forming, interior trim, punch work, and general labor support on jobs ranging from backyards to full modular home installs.
Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks:
framing, trim work, door hanging, cabinet/fixture installs Assist with concrete pads, footers, rebar, and forming Work from drawings/prints when needed to follow job specs Handle modular home punch-out and detail trim (caulking, base, repairs) Collaborate with crew to complete quality jobs on deadline Safely use hand and power tools Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling Assist with other tasks as needed: siding, drywall patching, painting, light plumbing/electrical, roofing repairs, etc. Requirements 10+ years of construction experience (carpentry, finish work, and flooring) Reliable transportation and basic tools required Able to read blueprints and perform layout preferred Physically able to lift heavy loads, climb stairs, and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Restoration or modular home experience is a plus CNC, fabrication, and drywall/plaster skills are a bonus Drug-free, punctual, and ready to work Compensation & Perks $20
