Location:

99 West & Bridgeland Creek Area (New Project) Long term project! Project in progress. Bilingual Preferred Current experience with concrete carpenter/finisher. Building Concrete Forms Concrete pouring and Finishing Pouring of concrete General ability to read plans/blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills and perform layout of expansion and control joints Ability to organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within schedule Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Installs foundations such as wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials. Studies specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saws Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment Assembles and fastens materials to make Concrete Forms, using hand tools and wood screws, nails etc. Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace, using hand tools familiarity with proper hand tools to perform broom and slick finish on freshly poured concrete. Have reliable transportation. Be able to pass a national background check Have general carpentry and finishing tools

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Concrete finishing: 3 years (Required) Concrete forming: 3 years (Required)

Concrete Carpentry :

3 years (Required) Blueprint reading: 3 years (Required)

Mechanically Inclined :

3 years (Required)

Language:
