$21.00/hour Based on experience Position Summary People Source Staffing is hiring immediately for Carpenter/Carpenter Helper. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials while working with little supervision and following all essential health and safety standards. We are seeking dependable individuals who take pride in producing quality work and helping the team meet production deadlines. Key Responsibilities Help with demolition, framing, finish carpentry, window installation, and general construction tasks. Safely use hand and power tools. Read measurements and follow project plans. Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications Construction or carpentry experience preferred. Comfortable using common hand and power tools. Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded. Able to lift, bend, climb, and stay active throughout the day. Team player who can also work independently and take direction.
