Prepare surfaces for repairs and construction projects
Measure, cut, and install materials such as framing, drywall, and trim
Apply finishes including texture, paint, caulk, and drywall mud
Operate hand tools and power tools safely
Track punch lists, materials, and project progress
Assist with loading, unloading, and keeping job sites organized
Work alongside a crew to complete projects efficiently What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Texas or Oklahoma Driver's License
Basic math and communication skills
Construction or restoration experience preferred
