Location:

Eagle Mountain, Utah Pro Trades Solutions is seeking experienced Commercial Rough Carpenters to join a busy, long-term project in Eagle Mountain. This is a great opportunity for dependable carpenters who enjoy hands-on commercial work, take safety seriously, and want consistent hours with a team that values skilled tradespeople. You'll be part of an active crew supporting multiple structures on a commercial site. Qualified candidates should be comfortable working independently, following plans and layout direction, and producing quality work at a steady pace. Responsibilities Complete rough carpentry tasks throughout an active commercial construction project Construct and install temporary walkways, guardrails, ramps, and access components Install temporary doors and other site-support structures as needed Assist with layout, measurements, material placement, and jobsite preparation Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and supervisor direction Install framing and related structural carpentry components Keep work areas organized, safe, and free of unnecessary hazards Follow all jobsite safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures Qualifications At least 2 years of commercial rough carpentry experience Ability to interpret blueprints, dimensions, layouts, and jobsite plans Experience with temporary access systems, including rails, walkways, ramps, or temporary doors, is preferred Reliable transportation to the Eagle Mountain jobsite Personal hand tools and standard PPE required Strong attendance, dependable work habits, and a safety-first mindset Ability to work effectively as part of a commercial construction crew What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $25-$35, depending on experience Weekly payroll Full-time, consistent work Overtime opportunities when available W-2 employment—no independent contractor classification Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement A responsive local team focused on helping skilled tradespeople find steady work Project Details This project involves commercial rough carpentry work across multiple structures, with a focus on building safe access areas and temporary site components such as ramps, rails, walkways, and doors.
