JOB DESCRIPTION TW

Finish Carpentry is a growing finish carpentry company looking for an experienced Lead Finish Carpenter to help us expand our operations. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works efficiently, and has the ability to lead a small crew. This position is intended to lead our second finish carpentry crew, working alongside an apprentice carpenter. The right candidate will be trusted to manage daily jobsite operations, maintain quality standards, and complete projects efficiently with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a two-person finish carpentry crew Install baseboards, casing, interior doors, crown molding, and other interior trim Install stair railings, handrails, and custom finish details Read plans, take accurate measurements, and calculate materials Plan daily work and delegate tasks to an apprentice Maintain jobsite productivity and workmanship standards Communicate project progress and material needs to management Complete projects on schedule with minimal supervision Train and develop apprentice carpenters

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years of professional finish carpentry experience preferred Strong experience installing interior trim and doors Ability to independently complete finish carpentry projects Experience leading or training other carpenters preferred Ability to read plans and accurately measure and cut materials Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, motivated, and professional Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

HOW TO APPLY
